This store has a great selection of shoes and boots of all kinds. We spent an hour in store. Staff asked several times if they could help. Great atmosphere and swings outside.

Outstanding selection of all types of footwear. Quality Brands. Also, they sell some clothing. Coats, vests, jackets, hoodies, shirts and such. The store associates were very friendly, helpful and polite. If you need some quality footwear, do yourself a favor and visit Morgan's.

I have big feet ( like sasquatch big) and its hard to find a place that stocks shoes in 14 and 15 mens much less shoes for wide feet. Morgans never disappoints in having not only shoes in my size but a selection of them to choose from!

EDIT: changed from 3/5 to 5/5 as my last two visits have been very pleasant with friendliness all around! :) Good selection of clothes and shoes, very on par to what I’m used to in Texas. However one employee and her attitude when asked for help easily made what went from an enjoyable first visit to a sour one. However the service from those at checkout was good, so I’m always open to giving them another chance in the future.

Massive selection of shoes. Men's, women's, children's, toddlers and baby shoes. Athletic, dress, casual, tennis, sneakers, boots for every occasion, huge selection of scrubs, sandals, slippers, and more. Very large carharrt and other working man's gear. Belts, wallets, ball caps, beanies, cowboy hats, and visors. Great shop, friendly and courteous service.

It's rare that I enjoy my shopping experience so when I do, I want others to know! What a great store. Great selection, clean and organized, nice staff. And the bathrooms! We're lucky to have a store like this in the area. Support local businesses like Morgan's, they need it!

I have been on the hunt for new scrubs which I haven’t bought in years and so I went to the Gastonia, NC location to look around and to my surprise it was a wonderful experience! Laura, who works in the scrub department was absolutely incredible. She was extremely helpful and very friendly. It is really hard to find good customer service anymore and this was exceptional. I found scrubs that fit and she even special ordered a color for me . Thank you!

I brought someone to the store today who was in desperate need of a supportive shoe. An employee approached us and offered expert advice. Left there with a great pair of supportive sneakers. This store has everything, including fantastic customer service!

The first time I went there. They had so much of a selection of shoes, Croks, boots, socks, clothing and much more. I didn't get to walk around the whole store.

Morgan Shoes and Bootery sets the standard for customer service in a way that is rare to find in retail today. Zach was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to properly fit my son for safety boots after he had been in severe pain from the pair he originally purchased for his first full-time job. The care, patience, and expertise we received made all the difference. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and want to make sure people leave comfortable and confident in their purchase. I’m truly grateful to Morgan’s and highly recommend them to anyone who has the opportunity to shop there. They have absolutely earned my business, and I will continue to support this reputable store for years to come.
